Heating & Cooling Services Limited has installed many office space chilled water cooling systems. Chilled water distributions in steel, copper or ABS plastic may be installed to serve packaged refrigeration plant, heat pumps, close control and comfort cooling systems.

Plumbing and Drainage

We provide complete public health services to match the needs of any building. Above ground drainage systems can be provided to suit all sanitary installations to meet BS 5572 Code of Practice for Sanitary Pipework and Model Bye-Laws. Heating & Cooling Services Limited are experienced in cast iron, MUPVC, PVC, ABS, ring seal or solvent weld pipework systems to suit all applications. Systems are fully tested to meet with the highest standards and witnessed by Local Authority approved inspectors. Sanitaryware can be provided to commercial, domestic, laboratory, hospital, disabled or luxury specifications.

Gas

Heating & Cooling Services Limited can design and install gas systems which include both under ground and above ground pipework. All existing standards are satisfied or exceeded by our designs and the installation will be both inspected and commissioned by a Corgi trained and qualified engineer. The Company is experienced in liquefied petroleum gas installations and the combustion equipment involved. In all cases ventilation and flue design is the most critical aspect of any installation.

Medical Gas Services

Heating & Cooling Services Limited, working with specialist suppliers, can supply and install both bulk storage supplied distribution system with integral monitoring and smaller bottle manifold systems. We welcome the opportunity of providing design proposals.

Vacuum

Both vacuum production systems and centralised vacuum cleaning installations can be provided. Our manufacturing Clients frequently involve us in the design or installation of complex networks that allow them to exploit the considerable advantages available.

Pump and Boiler Service and Maintenace
