Introduction
Heating & Cooling Services Limited endeavour to exceed all standards laid down.
To achieve this, we train all staff to ensure that the requisite statutory qualifications
are held, e.g. Corgi - CITB certification for the safe handling of refrigerants.
The Company also maintains a Certificate of Registration under the Control of Pollution
and full COSHH documentation. Heating & Cooling Services Limited also operates to the Refrigeration
Operation Policy laid down by the Institute of Refrigeration Engineers.
The Council for Registered Gas Installers (CORGI)
Heating & Cooling Services Ltd is enrolled on the CORGI Register of Gas Installers and is therefore a member
of a Class of Persons approved by the Health and Safety Executive in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation
and Use) Regulations and/or the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (Northern Ireland) and/or the Gas
Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations as amended and applied by the Gas Safety Order for the Isle of Man.

Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association (HVCA)
HVCA Members are required:
- to fully endorse the principle of direct employment
- to demonstrate a continuing commitment to training
- to comply with technical and competence standards and Codes of Practice which the Association may prescribe
Heating and Cooling Services Ltd is a member of the HVCA for the subscription year 2001/2002
National Quality Assurance (NQA) Certificate of Registration
The Quality Management System of Heating and Cooling Services Ltd applicable to design, installation and maintenance
of heating, ventilating and air conditioning services for industrial and commerical contracts, including
manufacture of sheet metal ductwork has been assessed and registered by National Quality Assurance Limted against
the provisions of BS EN ISO 90
First Aid
All members of the Heating & Cooling Services Limited team are British Red Cross trained and hold the Basic
First Aid (Module VI) Certificate.
