Overview

The responsibility for the Financial Management of Heating & Cooling lies with the Managing Director C. R. Coucher and the Company Secretary.

The structure of the company is completed by Technical, Commercial, Sales, Manufacturing and Contracts Managers.

The daily activities of the company are managed by a number of operational teams which primarily consist of Estimating, Contracts Manufacturing, Maintenance, Purchasing and Accounts.

Estimating Department

Our computerised Estimating Department provides a totally costed firm offer based on pre-designed information or a design brief. Our Estimating Department has the experience to offer a competitive design/estimating package to suit your requirements. Many clients find our additional service of preparing budged costs, based on minimum information of great assistance when handling some projects in the early stages.

Contracts Engineers

Our Contracts Engineers have the qualifications and experience to ensure that each project is executed professionally and completed to programme.

Each Contracts Engineer co-ordinates the various elements of the project with team members from other departments. Regular progress meetings are held in house to ensure full co-ordination between departments.

Sub-Contractors

Heating & Cooling’s policy is not merely to be a Sub-Contractor but a member of a “TEAM” whose aim is to complete a project on time with the minimum of fuss.

Accounts Department

At Heating & Cooling the Accounts Department takes an active involvement in the overall cost control of each of our projects. The facility to monitor the project costs on a rapid basis enables not only our Project Teams, but also assists in the effect and hopefully the subsequent approval by the Professional Team.

Management Team

The Management Team continually ensure that the highest standards are maintained and promote ways in which we can increase our efficiency and service. Our aim is to constantly offer the most advanced and technically proficient services possible, using the very latest technology available.
